How results are reviewed enables crucial conversations and operational excellence. We have defined, built, and delivered governance review packages that support reviews of organic same-store sales and inorganic acquisition sales growth for the C-Suite. We have deployed canonical financial data models that create a single dictionary for all financial terms and data. It ensures that when people talk about a number, everyone understands exactly what it means, which is essential for accurate reporting and combining numbers from different parts of the world.
  • Financial controls support reporting integrity. We have implemented Segregation of Duties (SoD). Too much access to systems and processes create risk to the organization. For example, vendor setup and payment should be separated to reduce mistakes and prevent fraud.

  • We have extensive experience with modern technologies small and large. We have used Bar POS systems, hotel PMS systems, and small business accounting software such as Quickbooks.We have deployed Oracle Cloud Financials, Vista Construction Software, Essbase, Kofax, Coupa, Apro Banking and Imaging, Anaplan, Business Objects, and PowerBI. These tools have helped automate work, manage financial information better, improve forecasting, planning & analysis, and make it easier to create dashboard reports which make your teams more efficient and insightful.
